When thinking about this topic, the first thing that popped into my mind was my lemon tree. This is a tiny lemon tree which can be kept small as a potted plant and is perfect in my house. 5 years ago, I planted this on my balcony using my mom's pot and soil. It is currently 3ft tall. Every time I water it in the morning, I admire how adorable and beautiful it is.

I vividly remember that while I'm sipping my afternoon tea on my balcony, the notion of planting the lemon seed crosses my mind. I recall that when my friend June handed me a lemon the last time we spoke, he informed me that it was of good quality and was a kind of small lemon that I could plant the seed in a pot. I decided to plant the lemon seed because I was bored and wanted to kill some time. However, since I live alone, I eventually realised that it was also a means for me to communicate and express my emotions while the plant was growing.

I talk to this plant every day as if it were my friend. After a couple of months, I find it really lovely and fascinating to watch how it develops, because I can already see the seeds sprouting and leaves emerging from the soil. Additionally, it has deep green leaves with fragrant white blossoms that abound in the early spring, which catches my eye.

In a nutshell, it is attractive to look at, especially during the fruiting season, because it produces blooms and fruit at the same time, as well as giving me the passion to love and enjoy nature.
